Disclaimer: It is important to note that our lists of ZIP codes may not contain every ZIP code in a county, state, or in a Roman Catholic Diocese. Nevertheless, it can still be a useful tool for many purposes. In a real-world application of our Master List, Catholic ZIPs, LLC discovered an error count of less than 2%.

There are several factors influencing the nature of our data, but not limited to:

  1. Incomplete Data: While Catholic ZIPs takes great care to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this data, any of our ZIP code lists list may not have complete information on every zip code in the area of interest. Therefore, it is possible that some zip codes may be missing from the list.
  2. Changes in Zip Codes: ZIP codes are regularly updated and changed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). It is possible that the Excel list may not have been updated to reflect recent changes or additions to zip codes.

  3. Multiple Zip Codes: Some areas may have multiple ZIP codes assigned to them. The Excel list may only contain one of the ZIP codes for the area, leading to the exclusion of other ZIP codes.

  4. Variations in Data Sources: Different data sources may use different criteria for determining which ZIP codes to include. For example, one data source may include all ZIP codes within a particular county or state, while another may only include ZIP codes that have a certain population or geographic boundary.

Distribution of any of the copyrighted Excel files created by Catholic ZIPs, LLC is illegal. Copyright laws protect the original expression of ideas, such as text, images, and software, including Excel files. Distributing or sharing such a file without permission from the copyright owner may be considered copyright infringement, which is a violation of the law.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of Catholic ZIPS, LLC's products being digital downloads, we regret to inform you that we cannot grant returns. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be physically returned or resold. We understand that circumstances may vary, but the inherent characteristics of digital downloads make it impossible for us to accept returns. However, we strive to ensure the quality of our products and provide assistance in case of any technical issues or concerns that may arise. Our dedicated customer support team is always available to address any questions or problems you may encounter. 

Use of Company Logo Policy

By accepting the terms and conditions of Catholic ZIPS, LLC, the purchasing organization hereby grants Catholic ZIPS, LLC the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to utilize the organization's logo as a trusted partner or satisfied customer. This authorization permits Catholic ZIPS, LLC to incorporate the organization's logo into its marketing materials, website, or any other promotional content, solely for the purpose of highlighting the organization's affiliation with Catholic ZIPS, LLC and its products. The organization acknowledges and agrees that Catholic ZIPS, LLC shall not modify or alter the logo without obtaining the organization's prior written consent. This authorization serves to enable Catholic ZIPS, LLC to showcase its valued relationships and demonstrate customer satisfaction, while ensuring that the integrity of the organization's logo is maintained.
